web: too much already

Stopbuilding I thought I should like to link to this great posting which is a huge relief. Because it points out that the clutter and weight of online stuff is a burden. One we shouldn't tolerate. And that much of it comes from bad design. A regular complaint of those with a web inferiority complex is that they don't have time to keep up. Nor does anybody actually. But some us of sporadically spend more time than we should trying. You can't read everything. You can't know for certain if what you have read is typical or wildly distorted. What you can do is not add to the chaos by reproducing everything in triplicate online (this is very easy to do if you know how). Great technology is about making life simpler. Not whizzier. Shall I repeat that? No.
