11 ways for leaders to use Flip video cameras

Flip_ultra_orange1 A rather fine blog entry – which takes the simple idea that instead of treating video as something you hire a video crew for one month before the sales conference- perhaps the use of video ought to be regular and ubiquitous – because it is simple to do and doesn't take very long.

I particularly like the idea of using videos as an alternative to typing. Makes you have to think – about how to inspire instead of telling people what to do!

And just to remind you that these tools are getting dirt cheap – here's an ad for a really cheap product. I wouldn't touch this. But don't make a price a barrier for buying one. Because a Flip will cost you less than £100 and give you broadcast quality.  This isn't TV. Its communication by video.
