Making a difference

Tesco Clubcard mailing for Christmas landed on the doormat today. Scanning it minutely – (as I don't typically do) I was delighted to find the format slightly altered. Last time I had looked so closely I was running research on the new version of the pack a year ago – and here was proof positive that the necessary changes had been made, so the whole pack was more readable and personal.  Of course that's the whole point of research but it does give a you a warm feeling when something you have done actually makes a difference.
